Alisson Becker -8
Made crucial saves throughout the match, including a low stop from Dembele in extra time. His perfect performance in the first leg kept the tie alive.
Trent Alexander-Arnold -8
Delivered dangerous balls into the box and stood up well against Kvaratskhelia. Hit the post early in the second half and drove the team forward before coming off injured.
Ibrahima Konate – 7
Could have done better with the Dembele opener, but had to deal with a low cross. PSG argued he should have been sent off in the first leg.
Virgil van Dijk – 7
Front-footed and aggressive, but left exposed at times by PSG’s counter-attacks. Usually dealt with the threat, but had too much space to fill for the Dembele goal.
Andy Robertson – 7
Full of energy down the left flank early on, but faded a little. Took chances with pressing high and leaving gaps, but had one of his better performances this season.
Ryan Gravenberch – 7
Caught out of position at times due to the high press, but made an incredible block to deny Kvaratskhelia a goal. Was his usual self on the ball.
Alexis Mac Allister – 8
Pressed tirelessly and flew into tackles, making the right passes almost always. Booked for bringing down Dembele.
Dominik Szoboszlai – 8
Started with a ‘sprint’ mode, but couldn’t quite make the desired impact.
Mohamed Salah – 6
Kept quiet in the first half, but started strongly in the second. Slowed down and didn’t make the right decisions or find the right pass.
Diogo Jota – 6

Never stopped running, pressing, and harrying, but tired in the second half. Brought teammates into play well, but was replaced by Nunez.
Luis Diaz – 8
Beat his man for fun at times, but lacked end product. Some crosses into the box should have been made more dangerous.
Substitutes:
Darwin Nunez (6) – Made bizarre decisions, including a poor penalty in the shootout. Brought on at the right time, but couldn’t make an impact.
Jarell Quansah (7) – Did well to adjust to the pace of the game, but couldn’t replicate Alexander-Arnold’s driving ability.
Curtis Jones (6) – Replaced Mac Allister, but gave possession away dangerously and took a poor penalty. Did well to adjust to the pace of the game.
